Full bodied with strong lime and butter. Like an unsophisticated version of the Louis Jadot Bourgogne basic. I would have guessed it was oaked and unpleasantly so if drinking blind.
Reminded me of the Australian pub chardonnay that was so bad that pinot grigio became wildly popular when it was introduced as a replacement.
Wine went down the drain as nobody could drink it even those who like spritzers pulled a face.
I was expecting something gentle like the Montana unoaked Chardonnay which is quite nice. More like a pumped up muscadet than a chardonnay.
Live and learn !
