A grenache and cinsault blend that produces that dry, almost gritty rosé that goes so well with mediterranean food. 13.5% gives it a bit of oomph too. Not as refined as a good Bandol but nevertheless a good value rosé if you want to avoid the girly pink stuff on the supermarket shelves.

Comes in a traditional curvy Provencal bottle.

Hello Wiz,

I had the 08 and found the peppery finish a bit too err...peppery. It was ok though and quite cheap for Provence.

There's a nicer one at Waitrose. I'll put up a link if I can find it.
