I do quite like a drop of bubbles now and then, so took this to brother's for a 'special' birthday.
Just about 50/50 PN & PM and well liked by many.
Lovely little bubbles give soft creamy mouthfeel. Would have liked a tad more biscuit but it's very flavoursome and was well received.

A fine mousse for you Mr B :) Glad to see you're enjoying a drop of luxury. Nice. Leave that one in the bilges for a while, and the ole ship's biscuit should arrive.

Thinking about the recent seasons (vintages '08'09'10) going into these NV's, it may very well be worth hoarding this current release. Elevens & twelves, (it is difficult to imagine that they could), aren't going to perform at the bulk and affordable end of the market.

And then, at the other end of the spectrum - '11 turns out to be a 5 star vintage for grand cru edgy styles, grown on the very best slopes !
