The best thing about J P Chenet wines is usually the quirky bottles they come in.
But they've recently released a reserve chardonnay and a posh sauvignon to improve their image.
This is excellant for Touraine. Dry, crisp and fresh with pleasant tropical fruit flavours.
The only problem though is that it's 6 quid a bottle and that's Montana territory and Montana is just well.....better !
Lovely wine...shame about the price.
