Pale onion skin colour. Bone dry. Strawberry and Sancerre like chalk.

Gorgeous.

Do try this....JP also have a limited edition Pinot Noir for the same money.

What was that about no more experimenting.

Had a few more of these and the chalky mineral finish doesn't come through on all of them.

Still nice though.
