Nice and warming for those Winter evenings. Oaky without being overpowering and smooth tannins. vanilla and steak with a cherry sauce wrapped into one! Nice to drink wine that has only 13% alchohol as they are not he norm for reds these days it seems. Very similar to the Muriel Rioja I drunk before Xmas - only to find the Bodegas Muriel label on the bottle, so not so surprising after all. I'd rank it between the Reserva and Gran Reserva Muriel rioja, so at £9.99 overpriced, at £4.99 good value. Glad I snapped up a few of these whilst they were on offer.
