The acidity is so perfect it gives the wine an almost creamy texture which, even if there was no flavour, would still leave you deeply satisfied.

Lovely chalky/nutty smell and a very subtle chalky/nutty taste that is so restrained you might miss it.

An aperitif wine..food could kill it.
