These taster bottles have been mentioned before. But now they are down to £1 each for 25cl (1/3 of a bottle).
i would seriously recommend the following sample bottles: a) for their taste b) for the price
bear in mind, 3 of any one of these make up a full bottle. And the full bottles in the range are from £4.50 to £ 6 a bottle. So AT PRESENT it means one can obtain a full bottle of wine cost £6 normally for the price of 3 mini bottles. This is no good if the wine itself is sub standard. But even if u think so, it is fine for culinary aspects, to cook with.
i suggest and personally recommend...the quality of these wines mentioned blow, as worthy of their kind and in variance of £4.50 to £6 a bottle.
* The Asda Extra Special range PRIMITIVO 2005(mini bottles are for the 2005 vintage which is better than the 2004 large bottle) though some may prefer the extra year age. *Asda Extra Special range Beaujolais Villages 2006 - much fuller with more body than many on the market. *French Connection Merlot - a good example of this generic grape, decent body and fruit.
All and each at PRESENT £1 each
enjoy.
