This is classic unoaked Chablis.

Wet stones smell....buttery lemon and wet stones taste.

Better than the ' finest ' and the basic Laroche Chablis. Both of which sell for £8 or £9...worthy of a Mel star.

The 2005 was richer and oily and not at all like Chablis.....maybe it was a hot vintage as quite a few unoaked Burgundy's were a bit rich
