Fairly good for a village Cru burg. The oak influence is very light: 8 months doesn't give me the nuttiness that I like, Instead it just gives a creamy texture. The fruit isn't bad: Crisp apple, apricot kernel and a little citrus. This has a nice acidity to it, balanced by the creamy note but it's not jumping out at me to say buy me in. It certainly has little puligny like profile as mentioned in some tasting notes (decanter) It improves with air but its not outstanding. Good enough value imho at double discount of £9 at M&S but that's it, I'd be unhappy paying the £16 rrp.
