Got stuck in a 2 hour jam yesterday which amused me for some reason

but pissed off just about everybody else.
For me this Riesling is at it's best at about 12c, hint of pear drops when too cold.
I tried some other cheapies. I'm not on a budget but would like to find some pleasant cheapies for the fridge for summer. Mostly for passers by who wander in and stay until you've run out of wine.
Tesco's Cotes de Gasgogne SB at £5 is water pale and almost unpleasant tasting and the Anjou ( off dry chenin ) is just bland.
There was a biker on the telly who on a Monmouth to Usk run found some original children's books in a layby. I didn't see what they sold for. The valuation was about £200...was it you.
