Shezza,

Do you find that high alcohol reds mellow a bit after 24 hours. Oaky and/or full bodied whites seem to mellow a lot after a night in the fridge.

The 07 Babich still tastes of riesling but is a lot easier to drink. I still wouldn't buy a 2nd bottle though.

The Sainsbury offer started today btw folks..

I bought 5x Waipara Hills and 1x Leasingham Magnus 09. No 08 in stock.

The 2 that I got from Thresherman are '07. Will they be OK?

Should be fine. Riesling ages well.
