Mediterranean grape, also known as Rolle (and many other names), this one from Sicily.
Another great little summer swigger but not one to hide away for any time. The last verm'o that I had (some time ago) was nasty green and not really drinkable. This is a massive improvement, and I would buy again at the right price. Let's hope that modern methods can do fine things with this grape.
