I'm not that keen on Jean Bourguignon Chablis. A bit like Jean Claude Fromont, another very big outfit. - For me, there are other chablis wines for similar money, that I prefer.
If you remember the JCF was heavily sulphured on the 2008 - But not so much as to give a person a stomach upset ! Fortunately, the nose should warn off most folks.

Having said that, a sulphur dosing error is easily made.

A savvy punt will be to buy next year's Bourguignon 2012 Chablis, and see if there is an upgrade in quality to recover his reputation on the UK market. Could be interesting....... if I remember.
