For workers here Christmas hols start tomorrow"

How's it for others?

Manaaged to get out in the car on Sat., but only on main roads. Second snow today. Went out on circular bus route, which covers 2 shopping areas, station, main library and hospital, bus station and me. Eerily quiet.
Went to library, chemist, bank, and a supermarket express. Back home in 1hr 20

Its not too bad here, roads are quiet-ish as kids have broken up. I got out this morning ok.

They are predicting heavy snow around here from Wednesday onwards, just might get a white crimbo afterall, aaahhhhhh.

Ive been reading the retailers are feeling it, footfall is down by a third, people are keeping hold of what bit of money they have. How will we survive as a nation without all that Chinese tat?
