If it's wine, it looks Balkanian to me.

A label like that - A Russian Imperial or Chinese champagne sparkling clone. Some sorta newbie, if GK 'as dug that up, it's bound to be obscure.

As Ba says - Eastern EU block sparkling ... Bosnia-Hercegovina - "Adriatic coast" to you and me.

Dunc is on the right track but it’s most definitely not obscure.

Similar to the old saying about rats, on average you're never more than nine feet away from one.

Mel- you're our MW, that's all that matters.

Yeah OK,

Stars & Stripes - Californian or Oregan - I'll leave you guys to rifle through the shelves. Or as Bacchus noted - riffle thru the web pages.

Some newbie with big dosh. "America's Cup 12 meter yacht owner buys historic vineyard in Napa.

Its not Mondavi Fizz - is it ?

2002 Pongrácz Desiderius....SA - You got a pic Mr tribs ?

Guys, this stuff is everywhere (hence my comment about the rat theory). You will have owned something by this Producer at some stage, I guarantee. You may still do.

Also, you'll find the same 'badge' on the whole range of wines, not just their fizz.

No more clues.
