Looks just about the right level, not simple and not rediculous. I reckon 5 right, 5 educated guess, 5 complete guess. Will attempt when brain dcides to engage.

Pinot Meunier, no?

Pinot Meunier ....I've seen it mentioned in Cremant de Bourgogne, along with Aligote. It would appear that a few white varietals seemingly appropriate for a secondary yeast fizz and fresh, could find thier way in there for the sparkling variants of the Cremant, particularly from smaller producers, which are sold locally and in the smaller supermarche.

Gamay if you were thinking only Beaujolais, so strictly outside of the region, is a high proportion of Bourgogne Passetoutgrains

Pinot Blanc originated from the vineyards in Burgundy, but used more in Alsace these days I think.

Bourgogne Aligote is a popular white in good and ripe years, more so in the past perhaps, has a following.

So what are you left with ?

Edited 2'ce to find a quick one. Cremant in Rose form as well.

Blason de Bourgogne Crémant de Bourgogne Blanc de Noirs - bet that's got Meunier in it from the northern / cooler parts of the region.
