Recently I needed to write of more than one capsicum but was unsure of the plural. It is, in fact, like fish and sheep. in that the singular is also the plural. Captains log - additional - capsicums is also acceptable.

Irritatingly, fish can be fishes when plural, which I find ugly and would stop my kids saying it for that reason. One day they'll thank me.
