Great programme. Will try and watch the whole thing, but need to get the new Majestic offers up. Do you remember when I said I wasn't going to work at weekends?? Ha!

Like to think I wouldn't have fallen for the Pinot Gris thing, or at least that I wouldn't have used the word Blackcurrant. You just don't know, though, do you?

Very good prog and well presented. Just about ruined by the continuous needless loud random music and manic drumming. Watched it with subtitles...bah !

It was the looks on the faces of the tasters when they realised what had happened that amused me, rabbits in headlights came to mind.

Would I have fallen for it? Never... 8) *

*Almost never.

ccheers GK I'll give this a go tonight
(as the dastardly IT guys here at work have blocked access to iPlayer - some mumbo jumbo about it being a distraction and reducing productivity)

Yes, poor things. Totally duped no doubt. Wine journo wannabes wondering how they'll ever live this down / work in the wine industry again.

Twerps, was there any tanin in that dye ? No, so I wouldn't have been duped, and I don't drink Zin. Whatever the colour, the PG wine was crap.

There is some merit though, in doing your TN of a wine that you've never seen before, with some very heavy shades on
