I was a good boy over the hot week-end, Yet enjoyed massively the Ligny Chablis with trout fillets, homegrown summer spinnage and rocket and homemade bread and butter,
all the more so, cos GK didn't manage to score it from Homewares Bargains or only a quid
Started to imagine that I could find fresh yeasty crusty bread notes in that bargain Chablis - -
Oh yes - but no unfortunately.
Would be - Wonderful with Breton rock oysters from Loch Fyne's take away service..... Ahhh the rampant imagination of ole wine buffers plays havoc for sensible folks ....
