As much as I'd love to blow away the cobwebs with a race along the M4 (Google maps says 2h 40 mins - so I reckon 1hr 45 is easily doable ), I think it's really too tricky for me to find an opportunity to do an all dayer/overnight trip away from the family.

Such a shame, will have to wait with anticipation to see what your tasting notes provide
Maybe send a hipflask of Bolly in a jiffy bag and I'll spend the evening with you guys via webconference
