Yeah - Never in Store ? Anyone care to ring around and find out ?

http://www.tesco.com/wine/product/detai ... =259429388

More about Bodega Colome' http://www.laithwaites.co.uk/article~id~27379.aspx

I'd rather explore this than the: - Rosy square cologne bottle with funny Pinot Noir inside - Sorry GK - dont mean to be a damn nuisance.

How about this or other Torronte's for the Forum Tasting Session.

It is not an Online exclusive Is it ? - so 25% disco could be in the stores as we run up to Christmas ?

Everyone can take part in this (ay'nt Red), is relatively Unknown

What say U

That's the beastie Dunc but it's £5.25 at Tesco as opposed to £7.99 at the dreaded L's.

OK folks, this the third bottle. Just gets better. Don't know if it's the cellaring or my palate. Superb fruit a liitle aciity, hidden depths. Why oh why is this not in store. Was apprehensive about buying 6 but now no problem. Give me six more...

Last of the six tonight. Apricots, brioche, Charantais melon. Lubbly jubbly.

I tend to find Torrontes a little bit "gewertzy" in terms of floral flavour but with a little less richness

The times I've tried it I've really quite enjoyed it, dunno why I don't buy more of it actually.
Might be due to lack of offerings on supermkt shelves

Might just start keeping an eye out

I like a glass of Alsace gewurz. I only buy them though if we have a known gewurz lover coming to dinner. The quality of the sub £10 ones seems to be very consistant and very good. I've tried a few Aussie gewurz and riesling blends and some quite pricey single varietal Chilean gewurz and not liked any of them.

The only Torrontes i've tried was Norton and it tasted like spice with a bit of soap.

Maybe Norton isn't a good example of the grape.

The "Crios" from Maj is very nice, and sometimes on offer.
