As our resident SA enthusiast are you going to share some gems for us to go look for then?
OK, here's six
I wanted the Kanonkop 2007 Pinotage -- on offer it is £2 cheaper than the Wine Soc and on par with the cellar dorr price.
I also got the Klein Constancia Vin De Constance -- we won't see that price again.
The Boekenhoutskloof new red 'Le Cap Maritime Shiraz 08 is worth a punt
Groot Constantia SB 09 also, 4.5 Platter stars.
Bellingham's 'Bernard Series' old vine Chenin 08 -- this is the well regarded 'Maverick' renamed
There's also the Reserve version of the Vergelegen SB
new name De Morgenzon is beingtalked up; Chenin masters are behind the label and Majestic has the 08 Chenin, though Platter thinks 08 was half a star down from the 07 'brawnier' but worth a punt.
