Firstly, I would like to say hi to everyone.

Been lurking on the site for a couple of months now and have to say great job to Mel & Pete for what you've got going here.
Great insight and very useful info in both the QO site and the forum (credit going out the the regular posters too)
Keep up the good work and look forward to giving my (very inexperienced) 2 pence worth when I can....

If I could make a suggestion (know I mentioned this on email already Mel) and that would be to have a page for introductions/welcomes for Noobs like myself.
Give them a chance to say hi, maybe mention what their experience is with wine and what's their favourite tipple at the moment

Hmm. As you can see I don't check in all that often. The current financial climate has meant staff cut backs at work and overwork for the rest, so I rely on Mel to tell me if anything needs reacting to - and she tries to keep the load off me!

I'll bear the idea in mind Shezza, for that time in the future when I get some spare time I can devote to changes to the site and/or forum. Look at the "media" page - we've been on BBC TV's working lunch, The Telegraph's top 10 money saving sites on their leisure section front page, and no time to boast about it on the media page! Maybe it's just as well - pride before a fall and all that!
