Last Koru I had was 2017. Much the same as previous vintages. Full bodied and blackcurranty.

Ordered 6 x cava + 6 x champers.

The shampoo arrived complete with security tags. Took 10 mins to convince the driver to let me have them. He then dumped the last 4 cava on the floor and went off in a huff.

Next morning I found that rosé had been subbed for the champers. They have ceased paper receipts and the driver didn't tell me.

Spent 30 mins on the phone with someone for whom english is a second language. Then I sent an e-mail complaint to their exec h.o. address. Had been assured that the store would contact me this a.m. to arrange collection but it didn't happen.

More e-mails and assured again that is was in hand.

Morons.

Eventually after many mails, the rosé was collected and H.O. did an instant refund.

I re-ordered the champers for d/y today.

First, the original driver arrived to collect the rosé that had already been collected. Then my delivery arrived... but was Prosecco instead of champers !!!!

I had ticked the 'no subs' box.

What a shower Asda are. I had stopped using them after several previous troubles but was tempted by the 'bundles'.
