Just the grape will do to get the points

It's a toughie.
Pineapple would lean me towards chard
Nectarine would think viog
Basil would be something more herbaceous like SB

I'll have a stab at Sauvignon Gris based on my experience with the brancott letter R which I recall had some of these flavours

Ba, would I like this or is it too full. I had the gold medal winning Yealands basic the other day and whilst it was very Wairau in flavour it was way too rich.

Gooooosie !!!....how are you ??

Just try it. At the offer price it's well under £7 so if it's a wee bit too much for you, use it to de-glaze the pan with pork or chicken meals.

Let us know.

P.S. Brought a group back to civilisation via Treorchy, Ogmore V. and LLantrisant a few weeks ago.

The one from Sainsbury's? That's our house SB. Always pick up a case or two when they have 25% off (especially when double dipped). I don't drink MSB much any more but Patsy still does and when I've tried the odd glass I've enjoyed it.

Have you seen tried any of these MSB scoring 98pts recently like Auntsfields?

I am well thanks, Ba.

Treorchy, the Vale and Llantrisant. Blimey.....that used to be bandit country. The bandits have long gone. Just armed 12yr old drug dealers now. Where will you go next ? Swansea gaol, the away end at Cardiff City and Merthyr Tydfil.

I will try the Brancott gris. If I like it there's quite a few gris' around to try.

Hi Shezz, I bought mine from the Co-Op but I think it's the same. 2016 £6.99 ( offer ). Very good but a bit heavy. Not tried much SB lately. Ciders and ales. Just getting back into my wine again now.

We'd lunched at Llangorse lake then down to Hirwaun and over the Rhigos to Treorchy. Magic roads (in the dry !!)
