Have you ever sat enjoying a lovely glass of red and thought… 'This would be much better if it was hot enough to dissolve my tongue, had the consistency of Alpen and was made from the type of wine you wouldn’t even give away?' Me neither. |

I had some of the ready made stuff last week. It's Christmassy and liking all things Christmas, I don't actually mind it I keep a couple of bottles at home around this time as it's great for braising red cabbage which has now become a staple in our Christmas dinner line up |
