For those of you who buy rather lovely (= expensive) wine, Morrisons have moved into finer wines and may have found that their normal customer doesn't really "get" these wines. There's a bit of a sale on.

Yes, thanks for this. I saw the 2001 Cantemerle and 2004 Giscours on the 1st Page of your "Last Chance" offer sort. You never used to have to pay £45 for Giscours, dont know '04 Margaux - not a left bank vintage I ever bought.

The problem is - that I do not know Morrisons wines, so while there will be nonsense, I dont know if it is "avoid" " total nonsense" or "Poor Value" or not ! No kidding, apart from the 2010 NSG (don't know the domaine) and the 2 other classy clarets - I know nearly nothing about those I saw on the 2 pages !

Wolf Blass silver label Shiraz - is that a good deal ? Silver Label cab has been decent in the past.

Sonoma Cab in there ?
Napa Cab in there ?
Vasse Felix 2009 Margaret River "claret" blend - Normaly quite good
Prats & Symington Douro 2008 ?

Anybody know any of those listed on the two pages quite well ?
