We're moving back to NZ in a few months and looking at shipping about 200 bottles back. We'll get a part container along with household items. Anyone attempted anything similar? Any advice on packing etc? It sounds like a 'personal supply' is fine and I have most of the receipts. One of the moving companies warned about the possible heat in containers spoiling wine but hopefully travelling into winter in the South it should be ok. Cheers! |

The easiest way is to super-quick freeze each bottle's contents (as with instant coffee) and vacuum pack into sachets. Then, when you are upside-down you can add beautiful spring water and recontitute. |
