We're moving house and have no internet access FOR A WEEK.

The offers list is going to suffer, I'm afraid.

Back to normal at end of Jan.

Same here, another 2 inches this morning, but has melted on the main roads. It is the bl**dy rain that needs to bugger off. In winter this continual precipitation that soaks those poor buggers in the deep south west and Wales, becomes ...... ........

Goose - do you need someone to dig you out yet ?

Little Rissington had the deepest UK snow of '13 with almost 12 inches.
We've been lucky again, most of the krap missing here by just a few miles.

Bleedin Plus Net "forgot" to request our broadband. They're "very sorry". It'll be 3 weeks without by the time we're reinstated. The offers list is looking very ropey. Have to go out to log on and can't convert offers document via a memory stick.

Plusnet do appear to be pretty incompetent:

This is their plug through Linkedin recently

Hello Mr XXX

If you're looking for award-winning broadband that keeps your business online and up to speed - you can trust Plusnet to deliver.
Move to us and you'll get your first year half price. There's Option 1 broadband with 10GB usage from just £5 a month, or unlimited broadband from just £12.50 a month*, plus your monthly line rental at £13.
After the first 12 months you'll still get excellent value with broadband from just £10 a month - plus the excellent service you'll have become used to.
Choose Plusnet for your business and we'll set you up with a new wireless router*, and provide you with:
• A prioritised service for business traffic - so important applications like VPN and VoIP are always at the front of the queue
• Award winning customer support 24/7, including our UK-based customer service team with dedicated Business Support specialists
So if your business really needs smooth-running, worry-free broadband, don't miss out on this limited time offer. Call
0800 731 7508 and quote 'businessoffer', or click through to Plusnet now.

You are a business User ? Yet that 3 week stalling is totally due to Open Reach order processing lead-times. They could turn you on in 4 hours, but like most of them, their promises are generally bull poopie, and they deliver nout more than the competition.
Having moved: Are you entitled to the new offer: You should be, since it is a new connection. Don't miss out on this limited time offer. Call 0800 731 7508 and quote 'businessoffer'
