Rick S saved the Saturday Fish Fry by making a lamb (that's not fish) stew, then undid all the good by doing something else with ******* black pudding. Wine rec to go with a Crab concoction was a Tabali Chambourcin. Hybrid grape from France / U.S, now up and coming in Chile. Never heard of it, but a little research makes interesting reading. |

I'm getting right in to Black pudding. Used to not like it. Seems to be a good pairing with scallops and some pork dishes Not bad In a fry up either Haggis a bit the same too |
