Tesco have a new The Reach MSB made by Vavasour. The basic which comes in a smart looking bottle unlike this one hasn't been consistantly good since 2007. The 2011 is poor. This one is called Winemaker's Reserve and sells for £11.99.

I'm guessing it's a wine priced to be halved and is of low quality.

Tesco also have a Jubilee Cava for £13.99.

Does Spain even do £13.99 Cava......wines to be avoided.

I have little time for Tesco now. They sent me a £10 discount code last week stating they had noticed I hadnt bought from them for some time.

The major Tesco store near me reminds me of the old Kwik Save shops, its a complete dump.

Neither on the website yet, but the ordinary Reach is -34%
Also several of the usual suspects cava at £5 or 6

But something VERY fishy is going on...

All the bog standard MSBs are £9, £10, and more. Looks like a big across-the-board offer coming. Easter ??

Off Topic - sorry

They have been testing the consumer, since the shippers & trade price increases at the end of January have been imposed.
They are of course being responsible - the electorate are over consuming alcohol says the General Medical Council. So putting up the price is going to reduce consumption - They say

I'll delete this post after 48 hours. - it's too dull

Yeah, a few summers ago the local water board advertised massively in all the media, and by lealet telling people to use much less water and giving advice on ways and means thereof.
The following year they put a large price increase in place and justified it by saying that people were using less water and therefore their income had dropped.

This stuff appears to be NV !!!
Had anybody actually tried it?

Made by the eccentric Mike Just, late of Lawson's, now at Clayridge.
Indevin has a rep for PN I believe.

Shezz.

Have you tried The Reach yet ?

You said Bingo - so, does that mean you're going to score or have scored :?: Or mega discount has cut in

Only the Villa Maria WR'11 at warm temperature has really rocked my boat.

JE10 still excellent from cellar stock, but the most recent 3rd batch house Goldylocks'10 has gonna bit skinny "tropical fruits wise". However - It could very well be the lush VM WR11 that has totaly seduced me.

Yet to try Cellar Selection '11 - Offers Do sometimes come up at Tesco for VMCS, and I would even go with the '10 if it does. i have T vouchers to utilise.
