That Fragoso '10 chard from Mendoza is a nice little number. There is a sappy Elder note after the first flush on 1st opening, which is interesting, it does pass after some opening time, if you don't want it. There is a creamyness on the back palate, like they say !
Nice n'fresh, balanced acidity with the style, and not too soft, light at 12.5% alc, so it's a good glugger, and most worthy. Pale gold, with a very pale almond green hue.
When open for 24 hours, a drop of minerality seems to appear, and the ripe grapefruit comes in as well. The M&S selling TN is about right. Very pleased with this bargain, and with the double disco - I'm chuffed.
