Hello GK - you been missed here. U been off on them there hills ?

Yes, I've ordered 6 of the '03 Auslese [mel's faves] via the manager. But it looks like one has to have the mix - yeah - Laithwaites typical marketing style. We'll see. No.... You can have 6 of your choice, good

Off Topic

It may seem damn obvious to US .....but worth reiterating today. "Popular" means nothing, and could mean Poor.

Customer blogs at Maj must be read in reverse order. Clever marketing stuff that, cos a customer only blogs when performance is remarkable, which kicks off the thread - But of course - Later vintages like The Ned are nasty and naff

I note a character who calls himself YUK who blogs on the W. Fevre chablis 2009 blogs on the 08 on that date, the '09 not available then. and doesn't like the style anyway !

Read Quaffers if you want a proper opinion, with vertical comparisons when available.

Hi tribs,

Please check your Junk folder - just in case. Otherwise....

one of my email addresses for your good self must be crap. See item attachment and let me know - mail not returned undelivered ? It would be a 1st for many a moon on the recent server, if 'hypothetically' it went into a black hole !

Cheers

The email still exists, but is no longer checked. I have sent you the details and Mel, which is where it originates. I think I used it when first registering here.

Cheers

Richard, you are a self starter and already on the case :) Though, I don't quite have your budget at this end of my career. Bought all my notable specials [big names now] when fine wine was affordable

Drunk..... 2 Domaine Madame Leroy Volnay 1er 1971 on my 40th with my mates. Part of a Wizzard wine distress parcel in the ole ole days. Unlimited silky succullence, indulgence, beautiful.

Talk later
