Majestic Cardiff no Saint Clair PB. Nine Tesco stores between Cardiff and Port Talbot no Sentiers Sancerre 09.

Bugger

Tonight I am mostly drinking Springfield Estate Robertson SB 2010.

Hugely flavoursome and most delicious but so acidic.

A tidy wine indeed.

Special Cuvee. I am trying to age my Life of Stone to see what happens.

They are harder to replace.

I really like the SC but am loathe to recommend it as the acidity would put some people right off sb in general.

The winemaker says it will mellow and drink beautifully over two to three years. I don't mind if it mellows or not so long as the passion fruit holds.

It is the acidity that I like.

I wonder where all the LFS is going?

Tesco online and a department store in Cardiff.

LfS is less acidic but the taste is identical. I was expecting a bigger difference. The 07 Special Cuvee was the best of the two. I've missed most vintages of the LfS though.
