I looked on houseprices.co.uk, a similar property on the same road (but without the garden feature) sold last year for £234k.

A bargain at this price, I saw it first.

Cool place tho, would need somewhere to take your mind off the rain, I travel to Aberdeen a fair bit and its always chucking it down.
