Just watched recording of this prog. Amongst some other illusional stuff was a tasting of 4 glasses of stuff by seriously trainee chefs. The glasses had liquids of red, blue, pale blue-green, and decent-chardonnay-colour. Don't remember the exact details but [say]...the red was lemon, the white strawberry, the blue-green was banana, and the decent-white coffee, or some-such. The tasting notes were hugely colour-based, and bore no resemblance to reality.
