Anyway, I had to do an emergency site visit to a factory in Livingston today. On the way back I called in at a Booths supermarket. They are a local chain in Cumbria and Lancs. Knutsford is the furthest south store. They have a fantastic collection of ale at low prices. Stuff generally not found in the big chains. I paid between £1 and £1.29 a bottle. Well worth a visit if you find yourself nearby one of their stores.
Found this Rhone in there for a pound cheaper than WR. A pound more than the offer price. I picked one up to try. I have to say it has a fabulous bottle. Its in the red queue
