Divers have found on the Baltic seabed some bottles of Champagne. It is believed to be Cliquot between 1780 ~ 1790. One was opened and found to be in good condition. |

I’ve read of producers now sinking their wine at sea to age. Its true. Something to do with lack of gravity and temp, better apparently. |
