Mel / anyone who drinks Tio Pepe Sherry- How long would you leave it in the fridge after opening? (how long would it remain fresh and drinkable?) The TP website recommends it is drunk within 4~5 days. I thought it would keep a touch longer than this, two weeks or more. I put a bottle in the fridge this morning, not sure why, just felt a dry sherry phase coming on, must be the alfresco dining at GK Towers, cold meats, breads, olives..... |

The professional answer is a week but I regularly drink it longer than that because I don't necessarily want sherry every single night. A couple of weeks should be fine. Write notes at the beginning and end, post them and we'll see. Scientific, eh? |
