Not quite up to it's Grand Reserva sister. Both often on offer (GR at £5.49). Not one with which to push the warm boundary but peachy and pleasant when cool. From the Central Valley.

Central Valley, renowned for it's quality.

Nice try.......but I won't be goaded.

Went to Sains today hoping to get the 09 Sacred Hill MSB on offer at £6.19 down from £9.19 but they still have the 08 which has lost it's lovely blackcurranty flavour.

Came away empty handed.

Has anyone tried that new and much hyped JC Blancs de Blancs fizz. I'll bet it tastes like lemonade.

Regretably the hype and manipulative style is for Joe Pub - We continue to seek, we have no choice, other than so to do.

Sorry about the sacred and fruitless search.

Still, no bets are certain.

Got the '09 now, but my original comments still stand, and it is only £3.99. Seems a bit acidic now after my rapid clamber up the SB ladder,
