Have never had a low alcohol wine that tasted nice, yet alone an alcohol-free one. Do like big Mig though. After you sirrah.

The cone sys was pioneered in Cal quite a long time ago.

An american guy turned up with it at a friends buffet one evening in south London in 2002 or before, never met the guy before. A New Testament chap, but no dog collar.

His coned wine was a central coast chard, I was impressed that the process had removed about 9% out of 14% total, but the resultant wine was a No Brainer for me, very weird palate and mouth feel. May be it was rather poor to begin with.

I was polite, and declined more than a thimble full.

If i'm driving, I will try and mess about doing things with the Gaggia, if there is one in the corner, and culinary treats if there are a few to be had. I don't exceed the units & D

I'll have one/two glasses and a lot of water, depending.
