I watched something about infinity the other week. I think it was meant to prove that the universe was infinite but all it did was claim that as man can keep adding one to one to make two and then three etc proving that numbers are infinite then so too is the Universe.

It was fascinating stuff*.

Apparantly, man can not only count forever but can invent new names for their numbers like Graham's number.

Not sure how any of this actually proved that the Universe goes on fovever but the programe certainly seemed bloody endless.

*Obviously it wasn't....i'm just trying to keep Pontac happy.

Only nothing can be said to be infinite.
