My WR wine dept. today was baking hot, swimming trunk temperature. The wines on the top shelf (incl. JE) were quite warm to the touch from ambient temp. plus overhead lighting. Luckily, the lovely young lady directed me to a "special offer" section which had cooler JE and two others that I wanted to try.
She bemoaned the heat, and told me of trying many times to get it lowered. Seems it is excess heat from all the chillers and freezers which build up to create this atmosphere. Horrid.
