I was looking through some old photos last night, from Christmas '97 or '98. One pic shows me carving the turkey at the table, with an open bottle of Stowells Chardonnay.

Feel my shame.

There is nothing to say. We all have secrets and it was brave of you to share.

Mind you, I've been known to drink tasting leftovers that aren't exactly high class.

truth be told, case was bought exactly a year ago !
Has taken me all this time to find times desperate enough to dip into these
07 wasn't nearly as nice as I remembered the 06 to be

had one on Sunday just to use up the supply (was easy glugging but nothing spesh - fairly fruit driven with a lame duck of a finish)

Think the other bottles will be used for slow cooked shoulder of lamb
