Those nice people at M&S have sent me a code (use once not transferable)for 20% discount. I am particularly keen to know of any Oz or NZ wines to buy as these are already 25% off.
Mrs DB and I drink more red than white so PN rather than SB.

This isn't exhaustive but if you type Marks into the Search (above) you'll get some. For some reason the search tool doesn't like the phrase M&S

PN Angst when out of my comfort zone:-

I've done some of the investigation for you. But need to do more before I capitalise on the 20% extra discount.

Mel liked the ClockTower PN 2006. very few other proper and reliable opinons are on the web. I'm not sure I trust NZ Air Awards that much, who are the judges ? Try Jancis for other NZ pinot reports.

Link to a good opinion:

I have been trying to work out why the Seddon monopole, a Malborough single estate Pinot (*farming 6 different PN root stocks) hits many NZ awards, but does not figure at the top, with many masters of wine.
The VM Seddon starts out at £22 and with both offers ends up at £13.20.
The Seddon is good for 5-15 years laying down per another MW, gets 17/20 per another MW who sits on the fence with his opinion, is an immaculately made wine - one has to consider New World brett ? If any at all, and dimension, mineral and spicy or herbaceous notes. ? so many facets to investigate. I could may be fancy the Seddon if I were to buy and then nail up in a french wooden box till 2013.

Who here knows the Seddon 2006 ?

I also have one of those email codes, and so does GK, cos he's bought at M&S and has written a review on their site.

*Trouble is, it aint nothing to do with roots stocks per se'. If GK knicked a cutting, creeping over the wall at La Tâche, I don't think it would work magic on his allotment

Trust me, with a well fed soil and a little blending, you wouldn’t tell the difference. Pinot & Parsnip Wine? mmmmmmmmmmhhhmmmmm....
