JE vineyards are older, aren't they ?

JE produced their first wine in 1988 whereas The Ned only produced their first vintage in 2006. I haven't tried The Ned 2008. The 06 and 07 were just ok in my opinion, certainly nothing special. The 2009 is said to be a stunner by someone who had a tank sample.

I suppose The Ned vineyards could have been producing grapes for other wines such as Wither Hills way before 2006.
