I normally love Friday evenings but have been up since 4.32 (made the mistake of looking at the clock and then thinking about whether I could do anything useful at that time of the night - not day, but night, I kept telling myself) so I gave the dining room walls the third and final coat of paint and the radiator its second and final. Then went to Majestic to taste what seemed like a million wines.

Am crawling. Luckily, when Pete was ill a friend made 15 individual shepherds pies for the freezer and so two of them are defrosting/cooking now. I may manage peas, but may not get that far.

Not alcohol related, just completely shagged. I can say that, can't I, because it's my site, so who's going to get cross?
