Divers have found on the Baltic seabed some bottles of Champagne.

It is believed to be Cliquot between 1780 ~ 1790. One was opened and found to be in good condition.

I’ve read of producers now sinking their wine at sea to age.

Its true. Something to do with lack of gravity and temp, better apparently.
