Glorious spring day here today with more predicted for the w /e. Good news until I went into my local Waitrose to get some of their new offers. The wine section still had heating on plus loads of lights. Unbearably hot. Mentioned it to the specialist there and got the reply "it will only get worse, we've tried everything, but they won't listen". I left.

V irritating for you but more so for them working in that heat all day and dealing with grumpy customers.
